How should I care for my Füsport products?

We recommend using a quality leather cleaner to maintain your boots and preserve their durability. Additionally, applying a light lubricant to the ratchets will help ensure smooth and optimal functionality of the mechanism.

Do replacement parts require additional Loctite?

For optimal security and longevity of your boots, we recommend applying a small amount of Loctite to the threaded bolts. This helps prevent loosening due to vibrations or regular use, ensuring a secure and reliable fit over time.

What tension should the bolts be when I replace parts of the boot?

We recommend gradually tightening the bolt until you feel resistance, ensuring it is securely seated without over-tightening. Take care to avoid cross-threading.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are able to ship worldwide from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

What currency can I pay in?

On the AU/INT site all prices are displayed and payments made are in Australian Dollars (AUD $).

On the US site all prices are displayed and payments made are in US Dollars (USD $). Delivery is only available to addresses within the United States.

Will I have to pay duties and taxes on my order?

For Australian and US orders, duties and taxes included in the price.

For international orders (excluding the US), local duties and taxes are payable by receiver.
Depending on the destination country, you may be required to pay duties and taxes on your order. This is determined and applied by your local customs. Any additional duties, foreign taxes or other fees must be paid by the customer. Please get in touch with your local customs office for further information regarding duties and taxes.

Can I make changes to my order?

Fusports headquarters is based in Melbourne, Australia, where we manage all operations. Every order is processed and dispatched directly from our Melbourne-based warehouse, ensuring efficient handling and timely delivery to our customers.

At this time, we are unable to offer customization for our products. However, we recognize the demand for personalized options and are actively exploring the possibility of incorporating customization into our offerings in the future.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

Returns and exchanges

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 14 days of delivery. You can return your product for another size, an item of equal value or a store credit (Valid for 6 months).

If you purchased through a retailer, you must go back to the place of purchase.
