If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 14 days of delivery. You can return your product for another size, an item of equal value or a store credit (Valid for 6 months).
No refunds will be given due to a purchase of wrong sizing or change of mind.
Returns due to purchasing wrong sizing
We understand that sometimes customers will purchase the wrong size of a product especially when they are not able to physically try the product. With that in mind, we are offering returns to exchange for another item of equal value or size if a product does not fit for the first 14 days after the delivery date.
If you purchased through a retailer, you must go back to the place of purchase.
Conditions for return
Any items returned outside the return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn will not be accepted for return. Füsport reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions and will return the item to sender.
Return shipping
If you wish to exchange for another item of equal value or size, please use our Returns form or reply to your order confirmation email/email orders@fusportboots.com as soon as possible so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible.
Please note that Füsport take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Return shipping charges are not refundable.
Returns on faulty products
We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, we’re happy to help you process a refund to the original payment method or an exchange.
If you have received a product with a defect, please use our Returns form or reply to your order confirmation email/email orders@fusportboots.com as soon as possible so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible.
To assist the return process, please send us images of the damage, defect or fault for initial assessment. You may be asked to provide further information to support your claim to assist us with our assessment of the products.
Shipping charges on international orders will only be refunded if the product received is faulty.
Please note that all sale product is final and cannot be returned unless it is damaged or incorrect.
Known faulty products marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or refund.
