Conditions of Warranty
Füsport Boots gives all customers a limited warranty agreement for all products for a period of 12 months with all warranties beginning on the date of the purchase. The product warranty is limited and becomes null and void if the product is damaged physically or if the product has been modified or dissembled.

There are exclusions to the 12 month warranty period. They include the following:
Faulty Product Returns
We always strive to deliver you with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received a product with a defect, please send an email either through the contact page or send a direct email to email@example.com as soon as possible so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible. To assist the return process, you may be required to send us images of the damage, defect or fault for initial assessment. You may be asked to provide further information to support your claim to assist us with our assessment of the products.
Returns due to purchasing wrong sizing
We understand that sometimes customers will purchase the wrong size of a products especially when they are not able to physically try the product. With that in mind, we are offering returns if a product does not fit for the first 14 days after the purchase date. To return any products, please send an email either through the contact page or send a direct email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible.
No refunds will be given due to a purchase of wrong sizing (only a change of size).
Füsport Boots will not accept returns on worn or damaged items. Items must be in a saleable condition with all original packaging and accessories included.
No refunds will be given for any change of mind purchases. Refunds are only available on faulty products.Contact us
