Shipping within Australia
All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Australian customer orders over $99 qualify for FREE shipping. Other Australian orders are shipped at a flat rate of $9.99.

International Shipping
All international orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia via FedEx, Monday – Friday during business hours AEST time.

Delivery time may vary between countries. Generally, the closer you are to Australia, the sooner you will receive your package.
Duties and Taxes
Please note, duties and taxes will not be paid by Füsport.
Depending on the destination country, you may be required to pay duties and taxes on your order. This is determined and applied by your local customs. Any additional duties, foreign taxes or other fees must be paid by the customer. Please get in touch with your local customs office for further information regarding duties and taxes.
If you refuse shipment of your order, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any cost associated with the refusal.
Füsport does not take responsibility for orders misplaced or lost once marked as “Delivered”. If you are not home when the driver attempts delivery, a card will be left with details for you to re-organise delivery.

If your order has already been processed, we accept no responsibility for incorrect details entered. However, our Returns process is available for changing incorrect items.
