By accessing our website and ordering a product, you agree to be legally bound by our terms and conditions which are set below. We may change these Terms at any time, and the revised Terms will be made available on our Site. By continuing to use the Site you agree to be bound by such revised Terms.

Conditions of Warranty

Füsport Boots gives all customers a limited warranty agreement for all products for a period of 12 months with all warranties beginning on the date of the purchase. The product warranty is limited and becomes null and void if the product is damaged physically or if the product has been modified or dissembled.

This warranty is in addition to any rights customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including Australian Consumer Law.

Exclusions of Warranty

There are exclusions to the 12 month warranty period. They include the following:

• Products that wear and tear due to everyday use
• Damage that has been caused due to misuse of a product
• If someone outside our manufacturers has tried to fix a problem with a product or alter a product but has worsened the condition of the product.

Faulty Product Returns

We strive to deliver products of the highest quality. If you believe you have received a faulty product, please complete our Returns Form or email orders@fusportboots.com as soon as possible.

You may be asked to provide photos or further information to assist with assessing your claim. Depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer laws, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Returns due to purchasing wrong sizing

We understand that choosing the correct size online can sometimes be difficult. We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery for an exchange to another size, an item of equal value or store credit valid for 6 months.

Returns must be initiated and posted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and in original resaleable condition, with all tags, packaging and accessories included.

Free prepaid return labels are available for eligible returns within Australia and the United States.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Eligible returns may be exchanged for another size, an item of equal value or store credit valid for 6 months.

Faulty products may be eligible for a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
